Gluten Free Everyday Eats – Day 15
Busy day today… my favorite part was when my eldest checked in for physical therapy by announcing that “Padawan Zoe” was checking in to see “Master Yoda”. Boy, did that receptionist get a kick out her! 😀 Hope you had some good chuckles in your day today too!
We were on the last of the veggies. Apparently I was so fruit happy at the Farmer’s Market that I failed to buy my weekly veggies. Tomorrow we might need to head to the market for some salad greens, etc. But today? No way. Other items on the agenda list!
Birthday balloons ordered? Check!
Birthday cake planned? Check! (The birthday girl wants to help make it.)
Presents wrapped? Check!
Momma ready to crash? way more than check!
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with blueberries/raspberries and part of a quesadilla. Coffee and water to drink.
Lunch: Steamed sesame tilapia with carrots and brown rice. Water to drink. (PS. Made in the rice cooker!)
Dinner: Two egg, cheese-free “egg-a-dills”, red grapes and water to drink. A white peach as well.
Not pictured today? The lovely Rain City Crunch granola I am munching on while I type. My snack for the evening with some water.
